Pack your device according to the instructions you receive. A carefully packaged shipment is an assurance of safety.
Be sure to include a copy of the purchase document. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of the original copy.
Take advantage of our door-to-door system and send your shipment to a courier free of charge. The courier will pick it up from the address of your choice.
For a device outside the warranty period, our Customer Service Department will contact you to discuss possible costs.
When your device arrive at our service center, our team of experienced technicians will conduct a thorough verification of your device.
If a repair is necessary, our experts will proceed immediately. For paid repairs, you will get a clear quote.
After the repair is completed, your device will be sent right back to you. Time is money, so a quick return is our priority.

Delivery time for parts is subject to availability at our Hungarian local warehouse. Orders confirmed by 2pm, will be shipped within 24 hours. For parts orders from the manufacturer, the delivery time may extend up to 14 days.
